Offshore Construction Representative - Gulf of America

Tailing International is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Representative to support offshore installation and construction activities in the Gulf of America. The ideal candidate will have strong offshore construction experience and the ability to oversee contractors, ensure work is performed safely, and verify compliance with project specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee offshore construction and installation activities
- Ensure work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and procedures
- Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and offshore crews
- Monitor schedule, work progress, and daily construction activities
- Verify compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Review daily reports, work permits, and construction documentation
Requirements:
- 7+ years offshore construction experience in oil & gas or offshore energy
- Experience with offshore platforms, pipelines, or subsea installations
- Strong understanding of offshore construction practices and procedures
- Ability to read engineering drawings and construction plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience as Offshore Company Representative (OCR) or Client Rep
- Knowledge of welding, fabrication, and installation standards
- Experience coordinating with inspection and QA/QC teams
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel offshore
- TWIC card
- Offshore safety certifications (HUET/BOSIET, Offshore Medical)
- Ability to work offshore rotations
